Within 30 days of accepting the shipment, you decide this is not what you wanted, contact us, and we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Upon arrival of the pool cue back to our warehouse, it will be properly inspected and if it meets the conditions of a return, you will be credited minus all the shipping fees.

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable. If the order was shipped under the terms of our FREE SHIPPING OVER $99.00 policy, the actual shipping charges that Absolute Cues paid for will be subtracted from the refunded amount.
